Love this panne velvet early Alley Cat wrap dress by Betsy Johnson. It actually wraps and closes at the back and then ties at the front - a clever little twist on a classic design. This also allows a deep and sexy plunge on the front and the back. The belt is attached and has a pretty contrasting print that gives a nice visual pop against the rest of the print.
